You can now work with We Tour directly from tour planning platform The Pack!

Touring is more than just hopping on a bus and playing shows. Tours are mobile businesses and keeping track of it's finances and agreements is crucial. Our friends at The Pack have come up with a tour planning and finance platform that helps to easily create a tour schedule, make agreements with crew and suppliers, organize invoices and expense receipts, and pay for everything. 

WHERE HAS THIS BEEN ALL OF OUR LIVES?!?

When you're planning a tour on The Pack and you have a vacancy in your crew, you can assign that role directly to We Tour Connect on The Pack.

We will accept the role, ask some questions about what you're looking for, and start searching for a suitable candidate. Once the candidate is found and assigned, we take care of the invoices and payments as well - so you only need to deal with one party for the administrative part. And of course you can assign multiple crew roles to us, so we can help find all of them!

How do I assign a role to We Tour Connect?

When you create crew member agreements on The Pack, you have the option to assign the role to someone by searching the library of crew members. Just search for We Tour Connect and assign the position to us! The only thing left to do from there is click the “share” button on the agreement and we’ll start the search for your crew.

How does We Tour Connect know what I’m looking for in a crew member?

When you assign a role to us, you’ll share a) the dates of the tour b) the position budget you have in mind (you indicate those while making an agreement on The Pack) and c) an optional description of what your expectations are of the crew member. If we have any remaining questions, we will contact you on The Pack, and you’ll get an email + a notification on the platform with our message to you.
